I’m Amy Lewis, a Master Health Coach and Fascia Alignment Specialist with nearly 30 years of experience helping individuals over 40 take charge of their health and well-being.
I live in beautiful Vermont with my husband of 28 years and our little dog, Tippy. I’m deeply passionate about holistic healing and specialize in Block Therapy, a transformative practice that has enhanced my own health and become a cornerstone of my coaching. I also practice yoga and meditation to stay grounded and balanced, both physically and emotionally.
I believe true wellness begins when we take radical responsibility for our health. Aging doesn’t have to mean decline; it can be a time of renewed strength, energy, and self-awareness.
